Nothing is better than living and loving your life at the present moment. Being thankful for what you have and love towards everyone in your life. Since this semester began, I have learned to be happy with myself and not to worry so much about the things I can’t control.
Juggling everything, such as chemistry, meat science, working out, church activities, cleaning, and staying organized (and sane), has been a challenge. There came to a point in my life that I was so stressed out I got myself sick.
But after stepping back and looking at my life and how I’m living it, I realized I wasn’t actually living. I have been so focus on the future, worrying about getting things done ahead of time, and making sure everything I did was for a purpose. I wasn’t enjoying my life in the present; I was worried about enjoying life in the future.
Ladies and Gents , why aren’t we having fun anymore? We have been taught to be so focused on the future. Our society has evolved to be focused on saving and preparing for the future, which makes us always worried about things ahead of us. We will never have the chance to live if we don’t start right now!
Spend a little (now don’t get crazy), live a little and love a lot. Because these moments will only pass you by once.
Live your life for today.
